After building my two story home with Precision Homes, I was so impressed I didn't really consider another builder for my first unit development. I am now a seasonal property developer and have a builder I can trust. They work with me from the beginning of my developments with advice on finding the right block of land and are focused on getting a high quality job done on time and on budget. I was so sceptical of every builder I spoke with after having a horrific experience when building my first home. I decided to build with Precision Homes because I was dealing with the builder direct who was transparent and a small company who have their reputation to uphold. I was happy with my choice, my experience with them was great and I was very happy with the quality of their work. Their after service during their maintenance period was also outstanding.

Precision Homes is the only company in my lifetime that has told me to express my disappointment if any during the build so they could remedy my concerns. They were transparent and had my best interests in mind notifying me of a small design discrepancy and fixing it at no cost during building stage and legally didn’t need to. They honoured their contract and charged me no variations due to the large price increases like other builders were.
