At the helm of the company is Managing Director Rob Lazarevski. Rob’s experience in the building industry spans over 25 years and consists of both residential and commercial construction. He is a registered Building Practitioner who holds dual Diplomas in Building and Construction and Project Management. He is the second generation of his family in the construction industry with his father managing large scale industrial construction. Rob has inherited old school values in the building industry from decades ago having been mentored in that era.
Rob is personally involved and overlooks every home throughout construction ensuring only the finest quality materials are used in all of our homes and that the best building practices are maintained. We understand that every client’s circumstances differ. Not every block of land is the same and budget is a major factor. Most families lifestyle differ and certainly most clients have different disposition or appeal when it comes to building a home. It is these reasons we choose to sit down with you to customise your home into a design that is unique to you and your lifestyle.
It all starts with an obligation free site assessment, where we are happy come to your block of land to assess it and gather some information from you to help us in the design process. Following the site assessment we can sit down with you for your obligation free design consultation and discuss your requirements and circumstances around a design. Your priorities are our priorities, which is why we take the time to listen to you and take in your perception of the way you live, so we can comprise it into a design customised for you. We’ll also inspire you with some of our own ideas for your consideration, then put pencil to paper where your visions and inspirations start coming to life and we begin creating your dream home.

Yes. We are happy to quote on plans you have drawn up with an architect or designer you have engaged. We will require completed workings drawings and engineer’s details to be able to give you a final contract sum quote for your consideration.
We offer to design and build your home your way accommodating for your Lifestyle. Our homes generally include stone tops to all cabinets, quality European inspired appliances, an instantaneous hot water system and minimum 6 star energy efficient requirements. We offer our clients a full turnkey experience where detailed specifications can be discussed during our consultations. A full turnkey package assists you if you don’t have the time and eliminates the stress in completing your new custom or luxury home.
As we touched on before, firstly we attend your property for a site assessment and offer an obligation free design consultation where we discuss all the relevant information we require for the design process. Once we know your requirements and relevant details, we can work with you on a concept design and provide you with an estimated quotation subject to final site costs, level of specifications and final details.
When you’re satisfied the cost estimate has met all your design and budget requirements, we send you an “Agreement to Proceed” where we turn your concept design into formal design drawings. You are required to pay a deposit to get the ball rolling covering some overheads inclusive of surveyor fees and work put into completing your formal design drawings. These costs are deducted from the overall final contract amount.
We organise all the specific documentation for your project, including plans, engineering details, minimum 6-star energy assessment and local government building permit.

Yes. Alternatively you can engage our interior designer or someone you prefer who will help you create your very own tailored colour scheme for your Precision custom or luxury home.
Yes, minor plan adjustments can be made prior to completing any Development Approval Application and Contract Sum. However, once these are completed no changes can occur in the design and will be cause for a variation sum for amending specifications.
Once your Contract Sum is finalised, we prepare contracts for signing and you pay the balance of your deposit payment (after the initial deposit is deducted) prior to a building permit application.
An account for each progress payment will be sent to you and your nominated lender on completion of each stage. This includes a 6.5% deposit as specified under the Home Building Contracts Act for homes up to $500,000 prior to the Building Permit application. Stage payments are then paid at slab down stage, brick up stage, roof cover and lock up stages. Stage payments are paid on a percentage amount of the contract price and amounts differ being single or two story home and if it is a turnkey project. A final percentage payment is made at completion when you receive your keys and completion documents.
Generally, it takes three to six weeks from an “Agreement to Proceed” to complete the plans and necessary documentation depending on how many changes you make to plans. Once documentation is submitted to council for Development Approval, it normally takes four to eight weeks for council to approve depending on their work load. Working drawings, engineers and final contract details are then completed where the process can take between four to six weeks before works can begin on site. The build time varies between six months to eighteen months depending if it is a single story custom home or an enormous luxury home of intricate design. The start time is also subject to your land title being available.
We walk you through your new home at Practical Completion for you to inspect it and ensure you are happy with it. If there are minor touch ups required we rectify them and organise a final clean of your home. We then organise a handover meeting with you, where we provide you with the keys and final documentation.
When it gets close to handover date (typically, we confirm this date with you a few weeks in advance) we will provide you with any support to arrange the setup of new service connections at completion. As the land owner, you are required to organise any account application of electricity, water, gas or other services required prior to construction beginning or on completion.
As previously mentioned, we are so confident with our workmanship we back every custom home and luxury home with a 25 year structural warranty. All your appliances and fixtures are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which differ on the range you choose. You receive all brochures and warranty documents with your keys upon handover and have our support if there are any issues during the warranty period.
